Of course it's taboo these days...but I'm sure we've all got parts in our family tree that don't fork.

Royalty marries within family all the time too.
Serious sport has nothing to do with fair play. It is bound up with hatred, jealousy, boastfulness, disregard of all rules and sadistic pleasure in witnessing violence. In other words, it is war minus the shooting.

I was also reading where it is really common in parts of Asia, and the Middle East (that must explain part of their problems). As well, like you said, it is probably closer to us in our family than what we care to divulge.

I understand that inbreeding is why Prince Charles has those overly-pronounced ears.
I'm trying to find more info, but I do believe there was another royal many years ago that was the result of such deep inbreeding he was basically retarded, and was so malformed he couldn't even chew.

Ugh. And those messed up teeth!

My friend lived in England for a semester and she said her flatmates were always asking her why Americans only ate cheeseburgers and couldn't understand why we are so "obsessed with straight, white teeth". hahaha.

When I was in England I did notice there was some truth to the icky-teeth stereotype.
And the food was awful. I was searching for a Burger King or McDonalds every stop we made.

nope. not the first bite.
All the pubs & restaurants were really sketchy to me. Food was greasy & flavorless.

I have no desire to ever return to England.

Always heard England was like that. Would love to visit the birthplace of the Americas.
